Jabra Enhance 30 Bluetooth Issues
I purchased a Jabra Enhance 30 from Costco about 5 months ago, and I am nearing the end of my six-month trial. One of the things I like about the Enhance is that I can use them listen to videos, podcasts, etc. on my phone using Bluetooth. I particularly like being able to stream podcasts when I take walks in my neighborhood. However, that is not working well for me. I have read other posts where people say that the sound of the Enhance and the Bluetooth functionality of the Enhance is poor. However, the sound is terrible on mine when I stream podcasts on them. As I am walking, the sound will shift from both HA's to just one side, then after a few seconds to the other side. Sometimes the sound disappears completely for a few seconds. The sound will return, then the volume get very low, then too high. Often times, the sound quality will go from poor/tinny to very unacceptable/tinny.
Is that something that can be fixed or remedied? Or is that just something I will have to live with if I keep these HA's instead of purchasing another brand that costs $3,000 more?
Edit addition: I have an iPhone 14 which has the accessibility functionality to connect my hearing aids.
