I think the Rascal should have been green rarity rather than blue.
As it currently stands it's crafting requirements for it being a blue rarity feel way to steep for how it performes (especially if you upgrade it). Had it been green rarity (with the crafting requirements obviously matching said rarity) it would fit perfectly into the economy especially since green rarity is lacking in weapons as is.
Personally IMO I would rather just buy a hull cracker for 30k than craft the Rascal at its current crafting cost.
