I passed my salesforce admin exam!

I spent the last 3 months studying for the exam, I have 4 years of sales cloud and CPQ experience. Now thinking what next…I’ve not been happy where I work for a while now. I currently look after other systems including Salesforce but would like to move into a more Salesforce administrative role and work my way into becoming a solution architect. I seen loads of posts about people being over qualified finding it difficult to find a job. Is it really that bad? I am based in London, can anyone recommend any good recruiters that I can share my CV with?

Moving from CPQ to ARM

I’ve been working in the Salesforce Ecosystem for 4 years now. Upon implementating Sales Cloud + CPQ mainly executives whom are none daily users have made it clear from week 1 that it was s***. This has gone on for years despite working on the sysem to make loads of improvements single handedly without consultant support as the two we has previously use were horrible! So I made the decision to take full responsibility solely. We had a team of 3 people, 2 had moved on and the 1 left is pretty useless so I am doing everything alone. At design and implementation we wanted the system to use as many OOTB features as possible but as complaints started coming in from teams we have made so many changes. We are now at a point that things work but realistically if we were to move from CPQ to ARM everything will fall apart. One thing to note at the time of implementation the business acquired another business so we did a load of work merge data from 2 other systems with 2 completely different data structures into our Salesforce. As you can imagine we also have a load of data inconsistency issues.

The only thing i can think of is to leave, quite frankly i have had enough.

We manage another large platform that a large side of the business also use which is also horrible but the business are more concerned about that system and completely ignore the Salesforce side. However, Salesforce is a beast I have so many things to maintain I touch on areas I have not business in looking after especially with what I am being paid. At times I wonder what would happen if I just stood back and let it crash and burn.

I have recently started to explore my options with recruiters I have mentioned that I am pretty much a one person team who does A, B and C. I often wonder if they think that i am lying.

I have decided after I attain my Salesforce cert i am going to take my job search more seriously because i can’t do this anymore!

I just want to vent about this to strangers, is there anyone else in the same boat as me?

Focus on Force course issue

I logged into the focus on force site to access my course but its taken me to K2 University, once logged in i can't see my course or previous purchases. Has that happened to anyone else? I have contacted their support but not sure when they'll get back to me!
