Australia PR - Do it yourself (DIY) vs taking agency's assistance for Management Consultant Occupation (ANZSCO 224711)?

Hi everyone, I’m planning my first Australia PR application under Management Consultant (ANZSCO 224711).

My profile is fairly straightforward: M. Pharm with \\\~10 years of experience, first time attempt for family PR (Myself: 34 years, Spouse: 33 years with around 9 years of experience in different domain, and kid: 10 months)

I’m considering whether to self-file OR use an agency like Y-Axis, GIEC Global, or another consultant.

For those with similar experience, can you please help me:

\\- Is the entire process manageable through DIY?

\\- Does an agency add any real value for a straightforward case? Is it worth it?

\\- How important is it to get professional help skills assessment, EOI/state nomination, visa filings and documentation?

\\- If you were in my situation, would you DIY or use an agent?

Looking for recent, genuine experiences from people who have actually gone through the process. I am confused, need genuine help please.

Australia PR

Management Consultant (224711) skill assessment with a Master of Pharmacy degree - any advice?

I have a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and around 10 years of experience in business/management consulting, primarily providing consulting services to external clients.

I’m planning to apply for Management Consultant (ANZSCO 224711) for my Australian PR application. My entire professional experience has been in consulting and is closely aligned with the occupation, but my postgraduate qualification is in Pharmacy rather than Management/Business.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or gone through a VETASSESS assessment for 224711 with a non-relevant degree?

How likely is a positive skills assessment in this case? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
