this festive season was by far my busiest yet

sales were great, but managing purchasing and customer service across multiple marketplaces + shopify stores nearly broke me.

orders were coming from everywhere. one marketplace said item was in stock, shopify was almost sold out, one supplier said “will ship soon” but never gave a clear date, and customer support messages kept piling up.

for those of you running multi-channel setups, what tools or systems are you using to keep everything manageable?

i’m especially curious about what people use for inventory, purchasing, and customer support in one place.

right now my biggest problem is not sales. it’s keeping inventory, purchasing, supplier delays, and customer support from turning into five separate jobs.maybe accio work?or other tools?please everyone!

The real tax of multi-LLM workflows isn't tokens, it's canvas spaghetti

Everyone hyper-fixates on per-token pricing, but for me, the biggest headache in building n8n AI workflows was dealing with node clutter.

You want to test Claude instead of GPT-4o? Cool, drag in the Anthropic node. Wait, Gemini 1.5 might be cheaper for this step? Drag in the Google node. Now you have three different nodes, three different output schemas to map, and your canvas looks like an absolute mess. Every new provider meant rewiring my downstream logic because the JSON structures didn't perfectly match.

I finally threw in the towel and routed everything through a single standard OpenAI Chat Model node.

Since most API gateways speak the OpenAI format natively, I just drop in one node, override the Base URL to point to CometAPI ,the proxy I happen to be using for this, and dynamically pass the model string (gpt-4o, claude-3-5-sonnet, gemini-1.5-pro) via an expression.

My canvas went from a chaotic nightmare of Switch nodes to a clean, straight line. The downstream nodes don't care which lab is actually processing the prompt because the output schema is completely standardized.

Yeah, adding a gateway means an extra network hop, but for most of my workflows, the latency is just noise. The massive drop in maintenance overhead was the actual win.

How are you guys handling multi-model routing? Are you still swapping official nodes, running something like LiteLLM locally, or using another hosted proxy? Genuinely curious what scales best without turning the canvas into a disaster.

checking charts 100 times per day is nonsense

I used to think being a “serious” crypto trader for a long run meant checking charts 100 times per day but in practical more screen time doesn’t always mean better trades.

These days, my routine is pretty simple.

I look at what’s moving, and decide if there’s actually a setup worth taking. The funny thing is, some days after checking everything by BYDFi, my decision is simply: don’t trade today. And honestly, that’s probably saved me from more bad entries than any indicator. A lot of losses don’t come from bad analysis. they come from forcing a trade that isn’t really there. my routine is to keep track of price movements and set alerts, but the goal isn’t to find a trade every day.

It’s just to have a clear view of what’s happening without constantly jumping between different tabs. Crypto moves fast, but that doesn’t mean every move needs a reaction. "chilling out" from charts a little bit and go for a walk or something, just enjoy in something else. Stop killing your brain cells.

The longer I trade, the more I realize that patience is part of the strategy. what do you think about the force setups?

Did someone ever defeated you show overwhelmingly that you started doubting your skills?

It happened with me once in BGMI. I was matched with a couple in my team. We landed in georgo. That day, I was absolutely crushing my enemies with M249 and Scar-L.

Got 11 kills in the start. The boyfriend of the couple, got knocked by a bot (cause he had low hp after a fight).

I jokingly said he is bot.

The girlfriend laughed. Then it was over. The boy got angry started cussing me for toxic.

Challenged me 1 v 1 tdm and destroyed me with kar 98. Every time, I got 1 shot by kar 98.

The score was 40-5 at the end. I never got the chance to fire more than 2-3 bullets before being head shotted.

Honestly, after that I tried improving my sniping skills, but well I suck on snipers.

I do very good spray, but that day I learned the power of close snipers.
