Rear wheel off-center: wheel or frame issue?
Hi,
I’d like some advice about a possible rear wheel alignment issue on my Wilier Rave SLR (2023).
After transporting the bike in a Scicon Aerocomfort 3.0 and reinstalling the rear wheel, it now looks like the wheel sits slightly off-center toward the drivetrain side.
What I checked:
I removed and reinstalled the rear wheel 3 times
the thru-axle threads in normally
there is no rear rotor rub
shifting works, but I had to change my SRAM AXS rear derailleur microadjust from 19 to 26 to get clean shifting again
One detail that may or may not matter: when mounting the bike in the travel bag, I just had to help the axle line up slightly with the support so it would engage properly, but there was no major force or heavy pressure.
My question is:
does this sound more like a wheel dish / centering issue
or could it point to something at the frame / dropout / UDH interface
I’m attaching rear view and dropout photos.
Thanks a lot for any advice
