Crafting help needed
I've really gotten into crafting and I'm working on light armor and bows.
Looks at some armor I want to make later on how do I get beast leather? I couldn't find a recipe on the market and everywhere I Google I don't see any answers on where to find it.

Weird oily substance
We recently purchased this house and recently I've found about 5 areas where there is this liquid on the wall. It feels like oil but has no smell.
My wife compared it to cooking oil.
So far in the areas we've wiped it hasn't come back. There's no signs of softness and in this photos that's solid wood beam behind it.
3 of the spots were in the same area. One in a hallway, bathroom wall, and these photos.
Another set was upstairs in the living room on a beam that goes nowhere near the front door.
I have 0 idea what this is.
