Honest Lawyer?
Yes I recognize the oxymoron. I have dealt with 3 lawyers in my time here with situations I would like not to explain, and the first one was literally bought off by the person I was suing, the second wanted to be paid more than what I pay per hour for a lawyer in America, think $20k USD a month, and the third wasn’t even a lawyer, but purported to be a legal consultant after much prodding.
What the heck is wrong with the legal system here? It makes American lawyers look like Sunday school.
How can I find one that will at least honor their fiduciary duty and won’t try to fleece me?
