Like, do the mods automatically know if I make a private bot they won’t like, or do they have to come find a reason to search my account anyway? I’m not a creator, I just retrieve bots that were banned off of Jannyai to recreate them for personal use, but i don’t know if I will easily be discovered or not.

My parents live in Alabama. They’re in their 70s. They are both jobless living on social security. My father has gotten both of them in serious credit card debt. When they couldn’t pay it, they went to a lawyer a year ago to file for bankruptcy, but this lawyer instead said to just ignore the debt. They live in a trailer home and their vehicles are both over 20 years old and one is in poor shape. The lawyer heard this and told them that their assets wouldn’t be worth taking by debtors, and to just ignore them because they can’t garnish their social security payments.

I didn't really trust that advice but my parents did, and I’m no lawyer so I just hoped he was right. Well now they’re being sued by a debt collector. What is worse, is my father is a stubborn hard headed fool and refused to show up at the court when he was served papers saying he needed to appear in court within 14 days of receiving the paper or a judgement would be made without him. I told him he needed to go, but he absolutely refused, saying the lawyer told them to ignore them and that’s what he is going to do. I told him to go file bankruptcy then and he still refused saying the lawyer told him not to worry about. I am so angry at him right now for putting himself and my mother in danger of losing everything because he’s too damn stubborn and unwilling to budge on anything once his mind is made up.

So what is likely to happen to my parents in this case? Their social security should be protected, and they have no other income, but can a bailiff with debt collectors show up and seize their vehicles, home and everything inside of it?

We already know the republicans are rigging the vote to give them the advantage, and i can’t help but feel that most Americans are too stupid and gullible and will believe Trump will actually follow through on his promise, or they are too selfish to care about how their vote hurts others as long as they get theirs.
