I've been trying to remove the back half of my case for 30 minutes and I can't get it off without feeling like I'm gonna damage the phone. Has anyone else had this struggle? Any tips on how you got it off?

Update: after nearly two hours and a tantrum I've finally got it off. Upon removal i immediately broke the case as I never want to see it again or be reminded of this trauma (stupid thing was so strong I couldn't even break it but i was able to get the hinge off). Thank you for your time
