Hi everyone,
I keep having issues with my Power Color Red Devil 9070 XT sending signal from the GPU to the monitor. As you can see from the video, the PC is powered on and all the peripherals are on, except the monitor is not able to receive the signal. It was happening occasionally but seems to happen now every time I turn the PC off and then back on.
Trouble shooting so far:
Confirmed display port is plugged into the GPU
Changed display ports from the GPU
Used different GPU cable
Tried different monitor
Reseated GPU
Unplugged and plugged PCiE cables from the GPU and PSU
