Falcons Franchise “Legends”

It’s not often you have a hall of fame caliber player on your team. The Atlanta Falcons aren’t a team associated with a lot of legends. However we do have some guys like Claude Humphrey, Tommy Nobis, William Andrew’s to name a few. In much more recent memory you have guys like Julio and Vick. Just wondering as a true bleeding fan of the red and black. Are we doing the legends of the franchise wrong by having guys wear their number? I don’t want to come off like an enemy of the franchise but I thought we should be showing way more respect to guys like Julio, Deion and others. Granted, Tommy Nobis is the only guy with a number I can think that has been safe. Just want some real conversation on this from fans all aboard. Thanks for reading me.

Atlanta Falcon Player Appreciation Post : Clark Phillips |||.

I just want to give credit where it’s due for some real dawgs on the team. I’m shinning light on CP3 today. The former Utah Utes cornerback being drafted back in 2023 in the fourth round. The kid was knocked for being undersized. Clark being coached by Ryan Nielsen, Jimmy Lake, and Jeff Ulbrich. Jeff is the only DC that has been tenured longer than one season with the Falcons. Clark making it through different coaches and regimes have said a lot about his value to the team which can go very understated sometimes.
