Recently installed this, and noticed when grid goes out, my fridge compressor restarts.

Googled it and found out it comes down to how fast the invertor switches

Load is already on Panel during day so what is it switching?

Secondly, ITEL App says APL is recommended, any negative effects of using UPS mode?
