I meant to pull for mornye’s weapon and accidentally got Hiyuki’s weapon again (8 pity). Should I up the rank or just keep it separate as an extra?

It’s been a bit since I’ve played, but I am asking for help building my characters better. So any advice on which ones have trash stats, and which are fine. And what stats for each character should I be trying to achieve. Who should I strive to work on and what are their best teams?
