Hey everyone so I know nexus letters are asked about pretty much 24/7 around here but I'm looking for one that probably doesn't get asked about much. I have Keratoconus which is an eye disease basically and I had surgery through the VA March of last year. I was sent to community care and asked my Dr if she would be comfortable providing a nexus she said no it's just not something she's heard of and that was basically it and the VA PCP obviously won't. Then, I have submitted all documents and submitted a claim for it even had an HLR with an informal conference and the person basically told me what was needed out of me was just a nexus letter cause I had a lot of backing just not the in service records.
So the real question is where should I go to find someone that would write that for an eye condition I haven't heard of one person, company or really anyone doing something like that. Thanks if y'all have any info!
