Vivaldi tells me multiple times EVERY DAY that it can't connect to Proton VPN 🙄

I'm using version 7.9.3970.64 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have disabled Proton VPN in the settings already, but it continues to pester me with the popup. Is this a well known bug that's been around for maybe half a year now?

I love the browser, this is my only gripe with it
