I recently bought a framework 12 and installed fedora 43 with gnome on it, everything worked fine.

But today i upgraded to fedora 44 and tablet mode broke, when turning the lid into the tablet configuration auto-screen rotation does not work and the on screen keyboard is absent even when swiping up (touch and stylus work fine though)

I've tried fixing it by looking at iio-sensor-proxy and monitor-sensor and the accelerometer seemed to detect what orientation to put the screen in. After a while searching I decided to update the bios, which to my surprise worked and fixed everything for a time, only for it to break again once I rebooted.
