i usually go sleep at around 2am, but im tryna sleep early before the exams, with my first one on monday. should i start sleeping early today, or can i give it one more day. i dont struggle with falling asleep on time, so even if ive been going to sleep late for weeks, i can still go back to sleeping early when i want to.
