Arc Power 1.0.2 - Overclocking the Arc way

Arc Power 1.0.2 - is now officially released, and with that comes the official Download and Release on Github.

This Version includes:

- Hotfix for the Core and Voltage Offset not applying in the initial Release.

- Stock Overlay Theme Classic & Arc - Arc is a new one having an Intel Arc inspired look, not vastly different from Classic.

- Advanced Overlay: Advanced Overlay is an Overlay inspired by AMDs Adrenaline type Overclock / Settings Overlay, to change OC Settings on the fly. Current hotkey = "CTRL + P" -> Changeable via Settings.

- Overlays now won't pop-up on Boot/Startup anymore, only via Shortcuts.

Arc Power - Overclocking, Monitoring and Tuning the Arc Way

Arc Power is an open-source overclocking and tuning tool for Intel Arc GPUs, built directly on Intel's official Graphics Control Library (IGCL). No reverse engineering, no third-party daemons, no shady driver hacks. Just the documented API, driven honestly.

What it does:

  • Tuning - power limit (up to 315 W extended on Alchemist), core frequency and voltage offsets, temperature limit, with read-back verification on every apply. A setter that "succeeds" without actually changing anything is reported as a failure, never as "applied"
  • Fan control - auto, curve and fixed modes with an interactive curve editor, plus adaptive presets derived from the driver's own curve
  • Live telemetry - clocks, temps, power, fan RPM, FPS and frame-time, VRAM, aswell as CPU temps, as readouts and rolling graphs
  • In-game overlay - RTSS/Afterburner-style: clocks, temps, FPS with 1% Low / 99% FPS, frametime polyline, hotkey toggle, customizable.
  • Graphics tuning - XeSS Frame Generation override, frame synchronization, FPS limit, and Low Latency through the IGCL 3D-feature API
  • Profiles, reversible registry tweaks, multi-GPU, UI Themes.

Hardware: Arc A3/A5/A7 verified. Battlemage code paths are complete but not yet verified on real B580/B570 hardware (I would need some volunteers to try out a few things here and there for me to see if everything works as it should =)

Honesty by design: Every value and I mean, EVERY value is clamped to what the GPU actually reports, the warranty-waiver gate is explicit, and extended-range values require an explicit confirm.

Current build is still WIP - early, but it's close to being released as a Beta Version with a Portable and Setup Version. My current Version is already working for the most Part and I can share more parts of it on my Discord if Requested.

Is there a glitch when changing settings?

Hey I recently received a A770 and tested around with it a bit, yet I am confused of one thing:

For some odd reason some games will just run way way worse in Performance if I switch Graphic Presets, I swap from Medium to High or High to Medium and Fps might drop by a good amount until the game is restarted. If I restart it works flawlessly, until I change a preset.

This happened for me in:FH6, Star Wars Outlaws or even the new AC Black Flag Resynced.

Newest Driver, Windows, MPO Off, VTD Off, Virtulization Off, Rebar On
