Do you think you'd be able to tell if the person you're operating on "isn't real" without knowing? Like, assume visually they're a 1 to 1, but they're not an actual person. Do you think you'd be able to tell? And if so, which "sensations" would allow you to know? The feeling when cutting, the smell, sound, functionality, etc.

Hi, i'm writing a short horror story about a doctor/surgeon who gets hired by a government facility but then they start noticing that something isn't right with the patients they operate on, and i'd like to have some at least partially accurate reasons for them to realize without being able to clearly see it and having to figure it out by other methods (smell, touch, sound, etc.)

Any advice and info on the subject helps. If you know of a place where i can ask known surgeons about it, it would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.

Ok, we all know he suffers from Thalassophobia, and he's playing videogames lately and uploading it, so what would be more amazing than him playing Subnautica 1 and below zero to then play Subnautica 2 with a friend (ideally Hunter) when it fully releases.

The game also has a decent bit of "hidden" lore that he would probably really enjoy learning about.

So, in my opinion it would be so funn- i mean, it would be very interesting and educational seeing him screa- i mean, enjoying Subnautica, what do y'all think?
