I’m Australian. I work in gardens. I get spiders all over me. I’m in an area with funnelwebs. I respect them. I am incapable of understanding arachnophobia.

Some episodes I actually get super scared. I listen to them home alone late at night so I’m not bothering my boyfriend with the podcast. In the day it’s fine, I use it to get thru chores but standing in the kitchen alone at night with the background music playing behind the story seriously gets me. I’ll end up running to switch on all the lights and locking myself in the bedroom under the blanket. Most of the insanely silly eps obviously don’t scare me as much but just the music and the way Isiah reads it I don’t want to listen at night😭 I’m halfway thru the episode and I’m laying in bed in the dark getting absolutely creeped out even tho not much has happened. Does anyone else get rlly freaked out listening to it sometimes??
