How to get rid of textured skin?

Have been using tazarotene 0.1% for 7 months now. I currently use it after moisturizer. Over the years I’ve used different moisturizers, cleansers, different routines, and sunscreens. Yet my skin looks the same. I’ve tried applying taz on clean day skin before moisturizer and also applying without using moisturizer before or after. I was prescribed Azelaic acid 15% 3 months ago. I used it twice a day, but that also didn’t help. I paid for telehealth and they said I should use clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide. My acne isnt inflamed, and I don’t want to bleach my eyebrows. Plus benzoyl peroxide can be very drying. I’m thinking of just going to a dermatologist, but I don’t want to waste money if change isn’t guaranteed.

My routine is simple

AM

Rinse face with water

Cetaphil moisturizing cream

Skin 1004 sunscreen

PM

Vanicream gentle cleanser

Cetaphil moisturizing cream

Tazarotene 0.1%

I dropped the AA 15% after 3 months because it didn’t seem to be working.

How to get rid of remaining texture?

I’ve been using tazarotene 0.1% for the past 7 months. My routine is simple and my barrier isn’t damaged. I started using Azelaic acid 15% 3 months ago, twice a day. It really hasn’t helped that much. I’ve tried different moisturizers from American to Korean. Is there anything else I should be doing to combat this? I got prescribed clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide to use in the morning with tazarotene, but I think that routine is too excessive. Plus I don’t have inflammatory acne. I’m also afraid of getting my eyebrows bleached.

My routine

AM

water

Cetaphil cream

Skin1004 sunscreen

PM

Vanicream cleanser

Cetaphil cream

Tazarotene 0.1%

I dropped AA because it wasn’t working

How to get rid of remaining texture?

Have been on tazarotene for over 7 months. For the last 3 months I was on Azelaic acid 15% twice a day, but that didn’t really help. I’m thinking of using clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide, but I don’t have inflammatory acne. My routine is simple. Morning I apply moisturizer and sunscreen. In the evening I wash my face, use tazarotene and moisturizer.

I’ve been on tazarotene for 7 months, but I don’t think it’s working. I also added Azelaic acid 15% twice a day 3 months ago, and nothing. I’m at my wits end tbh. My routine will be in the comment section.
