Hey fellow shipbuilders!
I’m currently hitting a wall with my latest project and I’m looking for some inspiration. I’m trying to build a high-performance "Daily Driver" that checks all the boxes for a perfect min/max build, but I can’t quite get the aesthetics right.
Here are my requirements:
Speed: Must use White Dwarf 3015 engines for that true 180 top speed.
Mobility: Must maintain 100 Mobility.
Crew: Full 8 Crew Slots (This is the tricky part!).
Size: Must fit within the 20x20 limit (to land on small outpost pads).
Performance: At least 28+ LY Jump Range (Class B Reactor setup).
Internal Quality: No mods, no glitched parts that cause internal clipping, and no ladders if possible (or kept to a minimum).
My Current Dilemma:
I’ve experimented with two versions.
The Viking + Control Station setup: Best mass-to-crew ratio (very light!), but I hate the restricted "letterbox" view from the cockpit.
The Drake Bridge setup: Great interior and view, but it looks very "bulky" and "chunky" within the 20x20 footprint.
Does anyone have a build that maintains a sleek "Fighter" or "Interceptor" look while hitting these stats? I’d love to see your screenshots! How did you handle the cockpit vs. visibility vs. mass trade-off?
Thanks in advance for the help!
