Every PSP Game I see there has a lock next to meaning it cant be downloaded...How is that even remarkly helpful?

After my PsP go died in 2016 I finally got myself to Fix it (bought a working but Nasty Donor PsP Go and transferred the Mainboard into my Shell. (My Mainboard is dead..I think its the Backlight Fuse...)
Now im Only Missing 2 more PsP and 1 Vita then I got all of them up and Running.
Who can guess which ones are missing?
(Here where I live those Consoles are Crazy Expensive...Even Broken PsP Go's go for around 100 Bucks)
