Ninjago City Gardens from Joooooy with the game changing Game of Bricks light kit

I apologize for the video quality I had to reformat it so it would fit.

As stated above I got this from Joooooy it arrived to the US in about a week.

I really feel that anyone that has this set should get a light kit for it, without it so much of the detail is invisible.

Part quality ranged from good to poor. Some of the plant pieces need to be glued, and they made some really bad substitutions. One poor substitution in particular was the roof. Instead of giving you the curved pieces they gave you the straighter ones, ruining the Eastern look of the roof. I will provide the link to replacement parts at the end of this review. I would recommend ordering them along with the set (you're going to need 26 of them). The rest of the substitution can be overlooked.

The build experience was fantastic, definitely one of my favorites. The instructions were really good, however I used the PDF manual while keeping the paper instructions handy for the many substitutions required. This thing took me about a month to build. Definitely a lot of bang for my buck.

The minifigure quality was good, everyone was there and they all look exactly as they should.

The sticker quality was decent, but the clear decals definitely could have been better.

The game of bricks light kit looks pretty decent, but there were definitely some quality control issues. Some of the pieces that were supposed to have adhesive had none so I had to improvise with my own adhesive strips. Also there are a few lights that kind of just hang in the air, and there are more visible wires than I would like. They did give me a $10 coupon for my next order.

Overall I was very very happy with this purchase, it's going to make a stunning addition to my Midnight City.

Mythic Dragon Tile #2 (yellow dragon tile at the bottom) beautiful, but frustrating to mount.

Been waiting for Stripe to lower his price. Would somebody ask him to hurry up already please? My fiance is getting anxious.😅

I've been hunting this little dude for the last month or so, he started out around $80 and really hasn't moved much. Somebody poke him with a stick or something! 😅

Mythic Dragon Tile #1 by JMbricklayer

So finally these art piece sets are at a reasonable price, between 62 and $70 on Amazon at the moment depending on if you have a coupon. This is supposed to be a set of 4 meant to be displayed together, two of which have been released so far. PDF instructions are available, but the instructions that come with it are great. Shipping was fast of course, there was only one piece missing, and the light kit is fantastic quality. The part quality ranged from good to poor. Most pieces were great, except for the brown tiles, some of those were scratched up a little, others were fine. They also have some interesting part manufacturing choices, where you assemble two parts to make one (not complaining at all it's actually a smart way to save money). The set looks beautiful, my only gripe with it is the head of the dragon could look better, and so could the eyeball (I think I might paint a slit pupil). The power supply is a USB c rechargeable battery pack. They even give you hangers to hang it on your wall. I've already bought the second tile and will be making it soon, then I will post pictures of it on the wall. It was definitely a great build, highly recommended!

I picked this up from AliExpress for about 30 bucks, and it was 100% worth it, even for the parts alone, of which the quality was surprisingly good. It was a pretty fun build until the end when you have to put the arms and legs on, it takes a lot of patience to find just the right way to put them on without knocking other things off. The end result is pretty cool, but only for display. I would not recommend this for kids that want to play with it, as it falls apart relatively easily, but not as easily as you would think by looking at it. It comes with decals, although some parts are printed. The instructions are somewhat lackluster but I've seen worse (no PDF available😕) this set kept me busy for quite a while, definitely a lot of bang for your buck. Dirt cheap good times, what's not to love?

Yet another MJ set in the books! As usual it was a very pleasurable build, no missing pieces, the instruction book on this one is better than a lot of the MJ instruction books, mainly because it's bigger. Park quality is fantastic, pins fit perfectly, not too tight. All part details are printed (no decals), and the quality of the motor is fantastic. The base of this one is much sturdier than others, going with a circular base was a good choice on this one. The mechanical action is very easy, not a lot of gear alignment going on. I would actually recommend this one for kids 11 and up because it wasn't too complicated or overwhelming. Overall a fantastic set especially for the price. Now I return to my menagerie of mechanical monstrosities, to begin my next creation. 😁

All things have a beginning, this is one of them. My goal is to create a beautiful cyberpunk city with Asian themes. I will be using Lumibricks Cyberpunk City and Ninjago City sets along with several different MOCs for the streetscape and lighting effects purchased from several different companies including Game of Bricks and Brickstuff. Please pay no attention to the power block it will be moved when the next sets get here in a couple of weeks, I wanted to have everything here when I fasten the power block to the underside of the table. That way I don't have to undo it to rewire the new stuff. I won't spoil it but I have several very good ideas in play at the moment with parts and sets coming to realize the vision. Stay tuned. (My apologies for the bad audio I think it's time for a new phone)

Hello, I've been searching everywhere for these things, not the tubing, the LED emitters. I'm working on a project where I really need them, but I can't find them anywhere. Does anybody know where I could buy these? Preferably without a battery pack installed, something I can power with a 5 volt, usb, or with connectors compatible with Lumibricks. Thank you so much for the help! 😁🙏
