I just received a replacement HX1500i (2025 unit) via RMA, but I’m having trouble getting the system to fully recognize it.
While the PSU is visible in the 'Software Updates' section and HWiNFO shows all the voltages and fan speeds perfectly, it refuses to appear on the main dashboard for control.
Steps I’ve already taken to rule out basic issues:
• Checked and reseated the USB 2.0 internal header connection on the motherboard.
• Power cycled the system and cleared the CMOS.
• Tested without any other monitoring software (like HWiNFO) running in the background.
• Reinstalled the device drivers via Device Manager.
Since the unit is recognized by the system's sensors but not the control interface, I’m wondering if there’s a specific firmware sync issue with the 2025 revision. Has anyone else encountered this with a fresh RMA unit?
