Hi,

first off i am a total newbie to sewing so i might not get some terms correct

i have a Brother ls14s and have used it sucessfully several times never doing anything more compcliated than sewing velcro onto costume parts

but recently the machine has resfued to sew anything instead of pulling the thread from the top spool it pulls it out fo the needle

i have rethreaded it several times

the tension dial is set to 1

the sewing mode (but dial) is set to 11 whcih is waht it was set to when i got it new

the arm the thread goes through is always at the top before i start sewing

i would really apreciate some help as i am out of ideas and googe keeps telling em things ive already tried
