DRAM light and PC not booting anymore.
The DRAM light on my Asus B650E-I came on today while I turned on my PC after cleaning it. I mainly just plugged out the GPU to clean it properly without touching anything else much. I basically tried every troubleshooting method there is for it but the PC still did not boot at all. These are all the things I tried :-
-Removing the Ram sticks and inspecting them for dirt and the slots of the motherboard too and then reseating them.
-Using one of the RAM sticks in the DIMM_B and did it with both the sticks and did not work.
-Flashing the BIOS to the latest firmware available.
-Removing the battery connection on the motherboard and draining the power by pressing the power button.
-Inspected the CPU for any bent pins and reapplied thermal paste and keep the CPU air cooler not to tight.
-Removing the GPU and it still did not boot.
-unplugged all the cables and plugged them back in to make sure every cable is seated well.
I can’t think of any other method to try to get it to boot. All the fans are working as normal. Please let me know if there are any other ways i can troubleshoot to find the problem and what component might be causing this.
