So, it CAN actually be done... the false report I got was finally removed from my account
I commented on a previous post on how last month I got falsely reported by a customer as well and how I fought it with help from a support agent. I was driving home from visiting family with the app running in the background and this popped up in my messages.. didn't think id actually hear any news about it... ¿Yay‽ I guess? 😆
At least I don't have the false report on my account now...
