How do you set specific settings for certain sites?

Whenever I use my GPU for 60 FPS videos on the Youtube website, the screen shows splitting that "cracks" the screen horizontally at points before fixing itself. I solved this by turning "Use graphics acceleration when Available" off in chrome settings under System, but it slows chrome overall when going onto other sites.

Is there a way to have this specific setting turned off when on Youtube and nowhere else when using Chrome?

I feel like Chess.com is getting money hungry

Not like they weren't before, premium and such, but it's been getting a lot more aggressive. I first noticed it when they started having ads after moves on daily games, and (the prompt for this post) when they have a timer start automatically after games on the website to use up your 'free review' to push premium.

I might be making a mountain out of a molehill, but it's a concerning trend to see.
