Title says it all. I’m trying to switch off of SAVE to IBR but read so many conflicting things on what steps to take to actually do it. Do I go through my servicer or through the student loan government site? Is there just a button to press somewhere and what plan I want to move into? Thanks!

My wife is leaving her dads phone plan (AT&T) and I’m planning on leaving my parents (T-Mobile). Both of our phones are paid off and I was planning on signing us up for the Better Value plan ($140/month).
Few of my questions:
Would we get any benefits if I sign up my wife as the primary owner given she is coming from another carrier?
Is there really any use going into a store or can I just do it all online given our phones are paid off
The Better Value offers upgrades every 2 years but we honestly don’t get new phones that often. When we do, we buy directly from Apple anyways. Is there any way to use that upgrade to get a new phone to immediately sell?
