Is my budgie in distress?

Her feathers have been puffed up and have been making these weird noises since yesterday. She has a partner she isn't alone at all. And I haven't bothered them at all

Huge question

I live in South Africa, and I’ve checked basically every website that sells PC cases or prebuilt PCs here. Almost all of them are ugly as hell. The moment I look at stores in the USA or UK, they obviously have all the good-looking stuff.

It feels like South Africa barely imports those brands or designs, and we mostly just get mass-produced generic products from China. So if anyone has advice on where to find decent-looking PC cases or prebuilts in SA, I’d seriously appreciate it. At this point, I’m probably just going to have to deal with the struggle.

But my biggest question is: is it just me, or do people in other countries outside the USA struggle with this too?

Because honestly, it’s not even just PCs anymore. It’s keyboards, headphones, and basically everything tech-related. So much of it feels cheaply mass-produced, and half the time it either breaks quickly or starts having issues after a while.

I really need advice

I used to have four budgies: Angel, Blue, Marvel, and Tweety. Unfortunately, Blue recently passed away at almost 3 years old. His partner was Angel, and I’m really sad for her because they clearly loved each other deeply.

Tweety is Angel’s mother and Marvel is her brother, but they both bully her because of her disabled wing and leg, so I keep them in separate cages for her safety.

I’m not sure what to do next. Should I closely monitor Angel, or would it be better to eventually get her a new partner? here is a photo of the deceased loved bird.

I think almost 2k dollar is absurd.. the figurine is limited edition and I get that. But the original price was like what, 35 dollars.. and it released like 3 years ago which is pretty recent so it should go for around 300 dollar or less depending on it's condition. People are just Hella desperate for money these days. I hope other people can agree with me just throwing it out there 🥀
