It’s two months old, titanium implant grade jewelry, done at a professional shop. I noticed this bump start forming about 2 weeks ago. I try my best not to sleep on it, but sometimes I do wake up sleeping on that ear. I spray saline on it in the morning and night.

Any hacks to help this bump go away? It’s only painful sometimes before the bump started forming it felt like it was healing well as there was not a lot of pain if it would get bumped or snagged
