Rubber is cracking on the heel of these hiking shoes. Is there anything I can use to fill in the cracks and waterproof this area again? Don’t mind if it doesn’t look too pretty.

Rest of the shoe is in really good condition. The sole has hardly any wear, plenty of grip left. Would love to take these on a few jaunts.
