[HIRING] Looking for a Long-Term GTA RP / NoPixel Video Editor (Storytelling & Cinematic Editing)
Hey everyone,
My name is Darrell, and I'm looking for a talented editor who's interested in something much bigger than a one-off project.
For the past couple of years, I've been deeply involved in GTA RP, primarily on NoPixel. As many of you know, NoPixel has become one of the most influential roleplay communities out there and has even collaborated with Rockstar as GTA RP continues to evolve.
Recently, I went through my archive and realized I have 461+ full VODs dating back to early 2024. That's hundreds of hours of roleplay, character development, funny moments, intense situations, gang stories, business stories, and cinematic moments that have never been transformed into proper YouTube content.
My vision isn't to upload random gameplay highlights.
I want to create a cinematic, story-driven series where viewers become invested in the characters, relationships, and ongoing narratives. Think less "stream highlights" and more "episodic storytelling" that people want to binge.
This is a massive long-term project, and I'm looking for someone who wants to help build something over time.
What I'm Looking For
- Strong storytelling and pacing.
- High-quality cinematic editing.
- Motion graphics and subtitles are a huge plus.
- Someone who understands GTA RP or is willing to learn it.
- Someone who wants to collaborate creatively instead of simply following instructions.
The Project
Alongside the VOD archive, I've also been putting together custom artwork, character branding, promotional graphics, and a detailed RP résumé documenting my characters, storylines, accomplishments, and overall journey. These materials will help provide context and keep the editing style consistent across the entire project.
I'm treating this like building a real brand, not just posting gaming videos.
Budget
I work a full-time job, so I'm definitely budget-conscious. Because of the size of this project, I'm open to structuring payments in milestones or batches instead of expecting someone to edit hundreds of videos upfront.
If we work well together, I'd love to build a long-term partnership with consistent work as the channel grows.

I've spent years investing time into roleplay, building stories, and creating content that deserves a second life. I've also roleplayed with people who are well connected within the NoPixel community, so I genuinely believe there's room to build something special if it's presented the right way.
