I have a large unused factory space in Anand (GIDC), and I feel like I’m sitting on an opportunity, but not sure what direction to take.

Background: I’m into tech (mobile apps), but I don’t want to limit myself to only IT businesses.

Open to:

• Manufacturing (FMCG, packaging, etc.)
• Warehouse / rental model
• Small-scale production units
• Any proven business that works in India

My goal is to build something profitable and scalable, not just experimental.

If you had this setup, what would you start and why?

Hi everyone,

I’m based in India and have a background in mobile app development, but I’m not limited to starting a tech-only business.

I’m open to any profitable business ideas — offline, online, service-based, or product-based — that work well in India.

I’d especially appreciate ideas that:

- Solve real problems in India

- Can scale over time

- Have proven demand

My tech background can help in automation, apps, or digital growth, but I’m happy to explore completely non-tech ideas too.
