I own an IFB TL - Rpss 7kg Aq washing machine. Recently the drum started hitting the cabinet during spinning mode and making loud noise.

I booked a complaint through IFB app. The technician said the suspension became weak and replaced it under warranty.

But during the trial run itself, the technician had alignment problems while fitting the suspension. After service, the machine condition became worse.

Now:

* Loud noise comes during wash-to-rinse transition

* Drum position looks slightly down

* Original problem is still not solved

I feel the authorised IFB service centre in my area is sending inexperienced technicians.

Very disappointed because I expected professional service from IFB. Has anyone else faced similar service quality issues from IFB?
