Triump Tiger xrx 2016.

Hi all, I have this issue since a couple of weeks, I feel slight bumps when riding, seemingly from the rear.

I called my mechanic and he said probably the chain is too tight but checking seems that the slack is almost too loose, manual says it should be between 20 and 30 mm, it's at 32. Transmission kit is new, it has less than a year, should I increase the slack even if it is outside spec ? I have loosened as far as I dared and the issue seemed a little better.
