I recently bought a lava lamp thinking it would be calming and soothing to look at while I work. It is, but it’s also been INCREDIBLY MEZMERIZING to the point where I spend a lot of time looking at the blobs travel up and back down again. OMG. How does anyone get any work done?? It’s soooo pretty….

But really, I love it.
