I'm getting iiit ranchi cse aids in round 1, the placement statistics on the website say the average is 16 lpa ctc and for my course it's 22 lpa ctc, is this real or inflated or a one off? Should I freeze in the very first round cause I might not get anything better if those statistics are true? What should I do?

Hey guys I got iiit ranchi cse ai ds in round 1 of josaa counseling. My course's placement seems to have jumped this year to 22 lpa average ctc with 100% placements. Is it actually that good or some one off. I'm confused if I should freeze or not, idk if I'll get a better placement course in future rounds.
