My younger brother has received IIIT Ranchi CSE and is in 2 minds now ( no other option rn except VIT chennai CS)

i can get it in csab rounds ....iv 47k crl gen male

I'm getting iiit ranchi cse aids in round 1, the placement statistics on the website say the average is 16 lpa ctc and for my course it's 22 lpa ctc, is this real or inflated or a one off? Should I freeze in the very first round cause I might not get anything better if those statistics are true? What should I do?
