My co-founders and I are gearing up to launch our new AI startup, and we are currently looking to register it as a Private Limited company based in Hyderabad.

We have a slightly specific setup and want to make sure we get the compliance right from day one:

• The Founders: We are NRI founders, but we have one active director based locally in Hyderabad who can seamlessly handle any physical KYC or in-person regulatory requirements.
• What We Need: We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) or an incorporation firm that is well-versed in handling NRI/FDI compliance for startups.
• Long-term Support: Beyond just the initial registration, we want to partner with someone who can handle our ongoing post-registration compliance, bookkeeping, and tax filings.
