I’ve been a DOP for ~6 months & the day has come: the joint commission has arrived. Part of me has no worries because I’ve spent hours just about every day ensuring that we’re compliant by TJC standards. The other part of me is as scared as can be because this is my first rodeo with the Commission & I’m not quite sure what to expect & the last thing I want is for there to be multiple findings within my department.
Anyone have any advice for getting through your first TJC visit? All feedback is welcomed. Thanks in advance!
