Food recommendations

Hey y'all, lived in Corona for 20 years and haven't been back in 17. Coming out to visit my brother for his baby shower and will be out for a week with no plans at all. Any food recommendations for places to check out. Not opposed to fine dining but more interested in more mom and pop type shops. Only real restriction is no seafood and the only places I know I want to go to again is Miguel's (brc burrito like we used to get in school) del taco for their breakfast burrito and red bean and cheese burrito, in n out because well you have to and then anchos in Riverside because their sauce for ribs is to die for. Thanks in advance for any insights, also not opposed to any other suggestions of new stuff in the area to check out.

What to expect on upcoming trip

Only ever flew once previously about 15 years ago so this is all still new. I'm flying from TRI to ONT with a 2 hour layover in DFW both on the way there and back. I wanted to spoil myself a little and got first class tickets for the trip, with that in mind I see posts about the lounges and things. I'm assuming this is for people with status cards type things or is this something I can take advantage of during my layovers? Also for the return trip back I assume ONT is a busier airport should I plan on being there 2 hours before flight or is more time recommended? Also is there anything else I should know about to take advantage of etc? Thanks y'all so much in advance just want to make sure I cover all my bases for the trip!
