So, I'm curious, do we have any record of anyone, be it individual, squad, country or whatever trying to surrender to the Legion?
Cause I know that the reason why the Legion doesn't stop is because >!their last order was vague "Destroy all our enemies"!<but what does surrender do to that?
So, this question popped into my mind as I'm rewatching the anime again. Since the Federacy came out of the Empire, shouldn't they have the ability to make autonomous units of their own or their own Legion units? Or is there some reason that gets revealed later as to why they don't or can't?
