What's your favorite jarred red chile sauce to cook with?
I've been a green chile guy since I moved here in 2015, to the point I just buy chile and make my own sauce from it.
Lately I've been appreciating the flavor of red chile more, but my attempts at sauce haven't come out as well.
Is there a jarred brand you could recommend that I could find at Smith's or Costco to cook with? One I could go to until I get my own down, or just when I'm feeling lazy?
