Their FAQ doesn't show where the number is and I accidentally tightened the piece of shit while looking for it. Now I'm supposed to pay 25 dollars?

There should be a law about this. It's not our problem that they send us shit

Edit: To be more clear, I'm more pissed that I need to deal with this likely on Thursday rather than going in right away.
