Seems obviously intended to enable money laundering by certain members of the federal government...
So I ended my original play-through in Sep. 2024, I had done nearly everything in the game except some Neon quests. I saved right where you start the New Game Plus. I did go through just to see, but didn't play any meaningful amount. I figured I would go through when I started again.
So now there is the expansion, and I am ready to check out the new content. I know they added a ground vehicle even before that, and a lot of other stuff I am happy to learn about as I see it. Are there things I should do before I start NG+ though on my 200 hour play through? I seem to recall hearing you could save gear or ships now that were previously wiped when starting the new game? Do you have to designate those or do you just keep your whole inventory?
