How do I achieve a cut?
I’m an active 50y old guy that’s been trying to cut since Feb but I haven’t been able to figure this out. I’m 5.9, 161 lbs, TDEE is 2450, daily food intake is around 1600 calories, I workout 3-4 times a week (strength and running)burning avg. 600 Active calories. I know I need to focus more on my nutrition on the macros but I really want to get to a ‘close to 6-pack’ in the next 6 weeks. Am I not going to make it? Please help!!!
