Are you serious

Are you serious

There aren't even a ton of items on this pallet, how many seconds would it have taken to move the rolls and maybe not wrap this like you want me to get killed

Is it just me?

How do those of you who have been here for years do this? How do you stay sane and healthy? Uninjured? This cannot be the true strategy, to burn us all into the ground. How are we supposed to work like this long term?

I feel like I crazy. ASM with the company a year and I have never been so drained in my life. I haven't considered myself an out of shape person but this place leaves me dead. Daily. Its improved, sure, but I am still wiped every day. No energy for living after work. No energy for doing anything on my days off, just muscle recovery.

I have to eat like a bodybuilder for this job but I don't get paid enough or have the schedule to cook the protein my body is dying for. Not getting a discount on my increased grocery spending is neat. But hey we get paid soooooo much.

No work life balance. On top of being perpetually exhausted, I close almost every shift, rarely get my preferred day off, and get a call or text every single day I am off to work at some store in the area.

The customers are the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in retail (I haven't worked at a dollar store, so I'm sure they CAN be worse).

I have never gotten sick so often either. I feel like I get sick every other month, like really sick.

Then there are people who just...do this for 8+ years. How are you so unbothered that you can do this for so long and not go insane or die? The job itself is fine, its the doing 3 people's worth of the job itself that is killing me I think

PA drivers are the most unaware of themselves or others

I don't understand how people in PA drive so wildly bad. I've driven in a lot of states and here it is every bit as bad as driving in FL, maybe worse. What is wrong with a vast majority of people on PA roads? It is PA drivers committing absolute fuckery in their own state (and other states too, but don't get me started).

Who taught anyone to just blindly change lanes without a signal and then be mad at the person they almost just killed, honking and flashing as if they were not just the idiot who attempted to share lanes?

Who taught anyone that it is acceptable to get onto the highway (at 20MPH, almost getting the rest of those entering the highway killed by the semi that cannot stop like cars can) and make a beeline for the left lane, only to drive 40MPH? And stay there, impeding all traffic.

Who the hell taught anyone to stop dead in a roundabout?

How are so many so unaware that they are impeding the flow of traffic by driving 20MPH under the speed limit?

Put down your phone and MOVE when the light turns green so more than 3 cars can get through the light, please. Put down your phone and stay in your own lane, please. Just put down your phone in general, you addicts.

And for the love of whatever you believe in, turn your damn high beams off on highways that are already lit when there are cars on the opposite side, are you so blind you cannot see when there is oncoming traffic? Yes, your lights affect the opposite side of the highway. No, the barrier does not block all light from the opposite side of the highway.

Stop signs are not optional. Blinkers aren't for you, they are so the people around you don't have to try to read your mind and know your next move. You have to stop for pedestrians. You cannot turn left from the right lane and vice versa. If you are going to miss your exit, you shouldn't try to kill others to make it at the last second, just take the next one. You are not the police to enforce the speed limit, just move over. I could go on for days.

How are so many in PA SO bad at driving and so unaware? We are operating 2000lb+ death machines and that isn't treated with the care it deserves. Now I understand why people were always pissed to be anywhere near a PA driver in my home state.
